We are still working out the details, but this is what we have so far... Thursday, July 1, 2004 Evening whale watching cruise and Colt Island dinner! Location - TBA (4:30 - 9:00 PM) - Dress Casual Schedule 4:00 PM Parking and Babysitting at Auke Bay School. 4:30 PM Greyline bus departs Auke Bay School bound for Four Seasons Marine Dock.   Vessel will be ready for boarding. 5:00 PM Boat departs Four Seasons Tours dock in Auke Bay. 5:30-7:00 PM Dinner at Orca Point Lodge (Menu: Grilled Alaska salmon and chicken, rice pilaf, cole slaw, corn-on-the-cob, dinner roll, dessert.   Coffee, tea, lemonade and iced-tea.   No Host Bar - Wine and beer available for purchase at $4.00 per serving.) 7:00-9:00 PM Whale Watching and Wildlife tour. 9:00 PM Return to Four Seasons Tours dock in Auke Bay.   Greyline bus returns to Auke Bay School. CHILDCARE AVAILABLE Juneau Jumpers - Babysitting Fundraiser 4:00pm - 9:30pm at Auke Bay School - High School aged students and adult chaparones will have use of the gym and one or two classrooms.   Fees will be: $15.00 for one child, $25.00 for two children, $35.00 for three.   Please Call Donna Johnson 789-1320 - Coach of the Juneau Jumpers, to confirm space ASAP! PARKING They have limited parking at the dock for the boat trip.   Please park at Auke Bay School, and board a Greyline bus which will take you the short jaunt to the boat dock (by the Auke Bay ferry dock). The bus will leave Auke Bay School at 4:30pm and return there after the boat trip. If you miss the bus, you can try to find parking by the boat dock - The one with the anchor, right before the ferry terminal, on the left - Four Seasons Marine, 13401 Glacier Highway (Also known as the Greens Creek Mining Dock). Friday, July 2, 2004 Evening cocktail party, snacks, drinks, and entertainment (No Host Bar)! Baranof Hotel (6:00 - 10:30 PM) - Dress, well, for a cocktail party CHILDCARE AVAILABLE The Alaska Gymnastics Academy will be providing the service from 5:30 - 11:00 PM.   There will be mats and gymnastic equipment to play on.   They are at 30009 Tongass Blvd - Take the first right after the traffic light at Superbear, on your way to the glacier.   The road takes a sharp left, but you want to go right on the driveway at the end, the Academy is the next right and is a large building back in the trees.   It's the same cost structure, $15.00 for one kid, $25.00 for two, $35.00 for three.   If you have any questions, contact Arnold Ibias at 907-790-8973.
